INTERNAL RULES

Children's games:

A series of indoor games (small cars, playhouse, etc.) and outdoor games (ping-pong table, trampoline, cabin, swing, etc.) are available to you. Please take care of them, put them away and report any defects. The use of these games is the sole responsibility of adults.

Respect for the environment:

The setting of Chaumont is exceptional, we take care to maintain and improve it regularly. Please respect it by not leaving anything lying around (not even cigarette ends or tissues) and by respecting the calm of the place. We thank you for the care with which you will occupy the place and remain entirely available for any information.

Festive activities:

The cottage is not intended to host large parties. Excessive consumption of alcohol and drugs is prohibited. This is a cause for compensation or exclusion.

Cleaning and inventory:

We are very attached to the quality of the welcome we reserve for you and in particular to the cleanliness of the accommodation that we make available to you. Do not hesitate to report any shortcomings so that we can report them to the person in charge of maintenance. Out of respect for them, I would ask you to empty all the trash cans and leave the toilets clean.

Bedding:

The mattresses are protected by a fleece and a sheet: these are not washed between each rental. Duvets are provided. However, as a private establishment, I cannot provide you with bed linen (duvet cover, pillowcase and fitted sheet). You must therefore bring your own.

Heating, water and electricity:

The costs of these are included in the advertised price. However, we have noticed excessive consumption. In order to maintain this principle, we ask you to manage these items as a "good father". In particular, please turn off unnecessary lights and close radiators when you ventilate.
