The Villa du Chaumont is specially designed for families (7 adults maximum - 4/5 children). It is a century-old wooden villa, renovated in 2008. On the edge of the forest, it has been specially designed so that you can experience complete immersion in nature while enjoying great comfort. - In short ... it feels like home ... in an exceptional setting.
The location, close to many tourist areas in the region, allows quick access while being away from the crowds: 10min from Jalhay, Theux and Verviers / 15 min from Spa and Francorchamps / 20 min from the Hautes Fagnes (Baraque Michel, Signal de Botrange) / 30 min from Stavelot and Malmédy.
Deposit of 200 € to be paid into the account before your arrival or in cash on arrival.
Note: a heating supplement will be requested in winter periods 5 € (temperature <10 °) and 10 € (temperature <0 °)
